Washer and dryer dishwasher large fridge. Lots of seating area in the living room. Comes completely furnished, including dishes and cutlery, etc. etc. Most residents come for five months November 1 to April 1.there R quite a few full-time American residents. There is a large tiled area at the back of the unit with some lawn furniture. It has an Arizona room. The resort has two large swimming pools and two hot tubs, along with washrooms and showers. It has a well stocked exercise room, library, two pool.(billiards.) rooms, a card room and a large recreation hall. Activities include shuffleboard. (6 court.) cornhole game, pancake, breakfast, potluck, dinners, dances, entertainment, card, bingo, and ice cream social. Something for everyone.
