2001. 26 foot. One slide at the bedroom. Six brand new tires. Small solar on the roof to keep the house batteries charged. Three brand new batteries. New chassis battery and two new house batteries. New windshield. New alternator. New ONAN carburetor for the generator. About $1000 of work done on the generator in the last couple of months. Running great right now. LED lighting throughout except for at the incandescent fixtures. 360° swivel captain chairs. Double shade at the kitchen. 30,000 miles on the odometer. 200 hours on the generator. Nice little class A coach. 454 V8 engine on a workhorse chassis. Chevy. Clean, but not perfect. It's a 20 year-old vehicle so the paint being faded is a given. I recently recoated the roof, but didn't lay it on thick enough, so it could use another coat. The outside storage doors give me trouble. The one where the house batteries are located is bolted to the coach. Takes a ratchet and socket to open it.
All the appliances and systems work well, except for the motor for the steps recently quit. Lots and lots of storage in here. To my knowledge it was never lived in before the last couple of months. The carpet is older. Happy to send more pictures. Will add some pictures too. I purchased this for 15,000 a few months ago, I put 2000 in the tires, 1000 in the windshield, 1000 in the generator and hundreds here and there, like the alternator. I'm firm on the price. I will need a van however after this so let me know if you're interested in partial trades. Interested in an Econoline or a Promaster mostly. I don't play. So if your a player you're probably wasting your time. Located in Quartzsite Arizona. Will not deliver except locally. I'll also need a few hours to get my stuff out of here. Thank you.
