Two Trailers: Small Trailer and Airstream - $5,500 (Yuma)

I am selling two trailers in Yuma, Arizona and need to complete the sales by April. Please find the details for each below:
1. Le Boheme – $2,500 OBO (As-Is, in-person, and Cash Only)
- Description: 17–19 ft. double-axle trailer (pink and grey).
- Features: Includes a working propane stove and refrigerator; the roof was repainted a few years ago.
- Condition: Requires four new tires and general maintenance. Water pipes and the tank are non-functional.
2. 1960s Airstream – $5,500 OBO (As-Is, in-person, and Cash Only)
- Description: 1968 Vintage 27 ft. Airstream.
- Condition: The interior electrical and water components have been gutted. It likely needs four new tires. A soft grinding noise was noted during its last short move; I recommend a professional inspection of the foundation before towing, especially for distances over 5 miles.
- Title: Title is included. Registration is not current as it has not been on main roads for years and has only been moved short distances by professionals.
Bonus: I have 4 regular propane tanks (empty) that comes with the trailers. The first buyer gets to choose to take all 4 of them with no additional cost.
Serious inquiries only. Both trailers are currently being used for storage and are not yet fully cleared for showing. Prices are firm! I have not reserved storage for them because I am not returning to Arizona. If it's not sold by the April, I'll sell it to a commercial used dealership. You can buy it from them then for a lot more.
