Broken Roads is looking for a skilled RV technician / handyman who can think on their feet and solve problems in the field.
This is mobile RV repair work, so you need to be comfortable troubleshooting issues and fixing things on the spot. We’re looking for someone with experience, creativity, and a strong work ethic.
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair common RV issues
- Handle plumbing, electrical, appliances, seals, and general repairs
- Perform quick fixes and creative solutions when needed
- Travel to job sites and work directly on RVs and trailers

What We’re Looking For
- RV repair experience or strong handyman/mechanical skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix problems without constant supervision
- Creative problem solver
- Valid driver’s license

Pay
This is a performance-based position. Pay will be a percentage split of each job, depending on the work performed and experience level. Details discussed during interview.
