2015 Heartland Cyclone HD 4200

Upgrades:
-Henry’s Tropicool roof treatment which helps a TON blocking heat and UV rays
-Awnings both replaced last year and added zip-on drop sunscreen panels
-Replaced awning motors and 3 of 4 aluminum arms
-Replaced cheap RV couch in living room with power reclining leather sofa
-Master bedroom RV king mattress is a really nice one in excellent condition - over $1000. (May include in sale for right price) Has always had a quality mattress encasement on it.
-Stacked washer and dryer in master bedroom
-Less than year old deep cycle house batteries
-Ran separate power to master bedroom A/C so that it can be plugged into the 15/20 amp outlet on the power pole alongside the camper’s 50 amp cord. This way all 3 A/Cs can be run at the same time. The other 2 run off the camper’s two 50 amp legs but it won’t support a 3rd on the camper’s electrical circuits. No camper I’m aware of will run more than 2 at a time on 50 amps without wiring modifications, soft-start capacitors, and turning off other electrical appliances. We can run 3 A/Cs all summer long in Yuma with no issue.

Negatives:
-Cabinet corner ding here and there
-Baseboard at bottom of main bathroom cabinet has minor damage from kids splashing water on floor in bath
-Garage bathroom toilet flush lever broke (I will replace toilet for new owner)
-bathroom vent fan motor squeals when it runs. ($25 replacement)
-kitchen vent fan motor needs replacement also. ($25 replacement)
-Paint oxidizing some. Decals all in good shape and no delaminating or damage. (I will have it power buffed, washed and waxed for new owner)
-Generator needs carb cleaned and fresh fuel. It has very low hours and has always run perfectly. (I will have it tuned up and running great for new owner)

Arizona registration is up to date, tires are good including the spare, and other than the above, everything works as it should. The drop down bunk and couches in the garage are practically brand new as they were put into storage and not used while we’ve owned it. The floors are in great shape. Most used RV’s we looked at when we were shopping around had tears and damage to the floors for some reason.

I’m asking $50,000.
