1998 Fleetwood Southwind Storm Class A Motorhome. 30ft with a Chevrolet P30 chassis. 454 Big Block engine with 65671 miles, smoke free coach, full kitchen, microwave, bathroom with shower, 3 burner stove, sleeps about 6. Has dining table that breaks down into a bed and couch pulls out to bed as well. Everything in working order, clean and good condition with minor wear and tear, no window cracks, hydraulic leveling jacks, 2 air conditioners with cold air, the air conditioner (2nd) that is in the master has to be hooked up to shore power, no check engine lights, Generator runs good (Onan MicroLite 4000) just replaced fuel filter and pump on it, 2 TVs, brand new deep cycles and starter batteries, good tires, 30 amp hook up, lots of underbelly storage, no roof leaks, painted/sealed roof a year ago for maintenance, very easy to drive.
The minor issues are the refrigerator just started to not work off of propane but works on 120V electric. We converted the hot water heater to electric and it can be converted back. Had a tire blown a few years back and it caused minor wheel well damage that does not effect anything just cosmetic but cant be seen.
