We live in Tempe, invest in Arizona, and fund deals with our own money. We are not mortgage brokers or bankers. We’re collateral-based lenders, if the property has good equity, let’s talk. If a deal isn’t right for us, we often have investors or partners who can fund it.
No online forms to fill out. A phone call will likely be enough to tell if we can fund your deal. No tax returns. No financial statements. No DSCR requirements. We are AZDIFI exempt and do not lend on owner occupied homes. Investors only please.
Our borrowers are fix and flip’s, buy and hold, single/multifamily, commercial, land and equity cash outs.
