Selling cheap, much less than similar models on CL and FBM. It comes with pros and cons.
Cons:
Small intake leak in pex plumbing (I don't know how to fix.)
Batteries are dead, fridge will not work without them.
Gas tanks leak, needed for propane stove and hot water heater.
No panel under shower to hide plumbing.
Water damage to back of kitchen counter.
Front steps wobbly (stabilized by a block.)
Pros:
Solid unit, strong floor.
Roof was double coated with Henry's two years ago.
Alternate electric system is much safer than house wiring. This include a 30 and 50 amp extension, very safe, and gives you all the power you ever need.
House electrics work but the external system is better. This include heavy duty lines, dongles, and extensions (all under three years old.)
8,000 BTU air conditioner (6 months old) and high-end 15,500 BTU Honeywell (2.5 years old.)
External lighting is included.
Mini-fridge (3 years old) included.
Microwave/Air Fryer (6 months old) is included.
Two electric heaters and a hot water kettle.
One drinking water dispenser, hot and cold water with mini-fridge underneath.
Tables also included.
All windows BLOCKED out from sunlight with foil insulation.
The park is very good, and the unit is near the swimming pool and laundry area. Lot rent is $400 per month or $333 per month if paid annually. ($3,995 by 01JAN2026) Unit is still on wheels, so you are also welcome to move it.
The current lot has parking on both sides of the unit but no pad. The park will give you another lot if you prefer it.
Park is 55+ plus but may let you in a little younger than that. Will need to apply and pass a background check.
