After turning South off Freeway on paved road, go about 500 ft then turn left on dirt road straight across from Shell service station, go about .6 mi., then left on second road in subdivision, then lot is up on left about 600 ft. Small for sale sign is on front middle of lot.
No other improvements, just the road and survey stakes, as the lot has never been lived on.

1 photo shows paved road after you turn off the freeway, then after about 500 ft, left onto the dirt road, and go east 6/10 of a mile into the subdivision, then at the first curved road go left, and a small for sale sign is up about 600 ft on the left.

This is a residential subdivision size lot bigger- than a RV park or mobile home park, but typically, about the same size as an in-town residential lot here in Yuma County--- 60' wide 100' deep.
