Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations by managing administrative tasks efficiently and professionally. This role requires excellent time management, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members. Responsibilities are challenging and numerous in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized filing system
• Create and process purchase orders
• Pick up parts as needed
• Maintain employee applications, paperwork & files.
• Data entry, fuel logs, etc.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Experience working with vendors
• Experience with filing and proper document management
• Tact, discretion and good judgment
• Strong computer and typing skills with the ability to learn quickly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Desired Qualifications/Experience:
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Client account management
• Experience working with accounts (receivable and payable)
• 3-4 years of related experience
