Not living at the ritz but it’s decent place to live for cheap. Everything included, two extra ac units, tv, furniture, two air purifiers, everything works except for one of the ac units on top. some of the linoleum tiles are coming off they came up and the paint is funky. Needs new paint inside. $2000
