I own a newer house in the Ocotillo housing development in Yuma, AZ. The house is only about four years old and is in excellent shape. It's a three bedroom home w/ two bathrooms and a large, landscaped back yard. Kitchen is huge and I have a newer washer and dryer. Not only will you be renting a room, but basically you will have your run of the entire house. Shoot me an email or give me a call and we can set up a visit to see if you like the place.

Rent is 550 per month, flat rate. This includes your share of utilities (electric, gas, water, cable/wireless high-speed internet).
This is the rate for November-April.

If you were to stay longer, Rent increases to 600 per month for May-October to help pay the summer time electric bill. As you know, Yuma summers are HOT.
