The trailer is located in the best 55+ park in Yuma, Sun Vista RV Park and Resort. There are art and craft classes, dancing, card games, pool rooms, indoor and outdoor heated pools and spas. There are laundry facilities, BBQ's, an ice cream shack and library to name a few. Space rent is paid up until March 2010. The trailer is unfurnished except for 2 rocker/recliners.
