Experience Yuma in winter, and there is plenty of room for your inlaws in the guest house. Main building started life as a trailer and was then expanded on both sides. Five ton central AC and heat. Lots of upgrades. It has two bedrooms and two baths. Guest house is stick built and also has kitchen and bathroom. Total square feet 1800.
