I love being right in town and right next to a pool I don't have to clean or care for, and even with all the charm of this house, the neighborhood is the best part!!! People caring about people is hard to put on paper.

I always wanted to live in this neighborhood! Things you may not notice like even the interior walls are built with mortar and the Real Hardwood floors people spend a fortune for look alike flooring. The detached guest house gets used once a month because my friends and family know they are no inconvenience and love to come down and visit! One could easily put a kitchenette out there and maybe even rent it out or use it for their parents. I love this house, it just feels classy, it�s very... charming... and classy really are the two best words! No HOA but everyone has nice lush yards with big flowering trees...

Sorry this is so long, but if you got this far let me just add: One of my best friends owns his own Mortgage Company, and I run my families moving company. We could probably work out getting you the best loan possible and maybe a full service LOCAL move, packing, hauling, unpacking, and debris removal, if within a 30 mile radius. It's worth looking into!! I could probably be talked into pitching in to your closing costs in the deal too! I looked at other houses for sale in this range and I would definitely buy this house over again, we will never live in a track/subdivision house again!
